About This Condition
OCD causes unwanted, intrusive thoughts and repetitive behaviors that can take hours of the day. Many people improve with medication and exposure therapy, but a large number continue to have significant symptoms, which is why new add-on treatments are being studied.

- Add-on medications for people who respond only partially to current treatment
- New mechanisms of action, such as glutamate-modulating drugs

- A randomized, placebo-controlled study of troriluzole as an add-on treatment for OCD
Who May Be Eligible?
OCD studies typically enroll adults with a diagnosis of OCD who continue to have symptoms while taking their current medication. A coordinator will review your treatment history with you.
