10/10 experience! I’m so happy I chose Hidalgo TMS Psychiatric Services. Barbaro was amazing. He was so patient, took his time with me, answered all of my questions, and really listened to what I was comfortable with. I never felt rushed or pressured, and we were able to come up with a treatment plan that I actually felt good about, which was really important to me. The front desk was also great, super friendly, fast, helpful, and very accommodating with appointments. Everything was honestly so easy to set up from the beginning. The office is also gorgeous, super clean, and has such a calm and welcoming feel. And the coffee bar was definitely a plus! 🙌🏼 I’m really grateful I found them and chose them to help me with my mental health. I felt comfortable and cared for the entire time. I have gone to other TMS fascilities and I can only say this is the most professional office ever The technicians are very attentive, not only on a personal level but on their treatments. Also here the Dr himself maps you. They use a cap and measure to insure proper delivery before and during each treatment. Also they reviewed my medications and adjusted them according to the new set treatments for Medication Resistant Depression.
