The office is comfortable when you come in they have a setup for tea the wait is comfortable. Doctor Sarosa is attentive he ask questions and it made me feel like I was being listened too. He wasn’t just assigning me a diagnoses but actually trying to help me. The staff is polite and professional and they speak fluent Spanish and English. Finding Hidalgo has been a true blessing! The doctors and entire team are exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. The treatments I've received here have helped me immensely, and I'm deeply grateful to have found them. To anyone reading this who is struggling, I want to share something from my heart. For nearly two years, I've been severely bedridden, battling multiple debilitating health conditions, chronic pain, overwhelming fatigue, and challenges that have affected nearly every aspect of my life. I've seen countless doctors and specialists, tried numerous diets, supplements, therapies, and treatments, desperately searching for answers. Despite everything, progress was painfully slow. There were moments when I genuinely wondered whether I would ever get better. But something is finally beginning to change. I have gone to other TMS fascilities and I can only say this is the most professional office ever The technicians are very attentive, not only on a personal level but on their treatments. Also here the Dr himself maps you. They use a cap and measure to insure proper delivery before and during each treatment. Also they reviewed my medications and adjusted them according to the new set treatments for Medication Resistant Depression. I am very happy, will keep u posted on my progress and want the staff to know I am very appreciative 10/20/2026 This an update:  Boy I haven't felt this well in ages. I am about 1/2 thru my sessions. The person I had been for over 50 years is FINALLY shinning thru again. I believe I can attribute  The treatment I am receiving at Hidalgo TMS.  This clinic uses state of the art machines(2 types)to the very well trained tech Virgen and Laura who make each session with their exact daily placement. This makes their consistent care and excellent treatment especially  effective for treatment of resistant depression or anxiety.
