About This Condition
ADHD affects attention, activity level and impulse control, and it can impact school, family life and friendships. Stimulant and non-stimulant medications help many young people, but not every child responds or tolerates them well, so new options continue to be studied.

Dr. Hidalgo’s Research Experience
As Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator, Dr. Hidalgo has taken part in studies such as:
- A Phase 3 study of centanafadine in adolescents with ADHD
- A Phase 3 study of an investigational treatment in children aged 6 to 12 with ADHD
Who May Be Eligible?
ADHD studies may enroll children and adolescents within specific age ranges. A parent or legal guardian must give consent and attend study visits with the child.
